The Counter-Effect.

What Back-fired!

In the year 2009, I got the opportunity to use internet. At that time, I had two major reasons behind it. One, to learn about the internet modalities / protocol and to connect with people who might be interested in the Sanatana (Dharma) and the Spiritual aspects / doctrines of the Sanatana (Dharma) and the great  scriptures like उपनिषद, गीता , पुराण, महाभारत, वाल्मीकि रामायण, the 6 दर्शन of the Sanatans Oriental stream and the three modern Spiritual Heavyweights like Sri Ramana Maharshi, Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj and Sri J.Krishnsmurti.

With this point in mind I had joined the  Facebook, Twitter and blogging on the WordPress, e-blogger and a few other social networking sites.

I also had a big chunk of the people who knew me through other direct / indirect connections, Like the mutual friends.

But I was a bit disappointed to see that most of them were not really interested in the Spirituality as is taught / learned in the Sanatana (Dharma) or the great scriptures or the people like Sri Ramana Maharshi, Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj or Sri J.Krishnamurti, instead they wanted and tried to pull me into their own field of influence. So I had to withdraw myself from them. I think I have nothing more in keeping connected with them.

As a matter of fact, I hardly connect with anyone emotionally or with / through a any common mission - religious, ideal or ideological.

Neither in the religious matters, nor in the political / social.

I am of the view that the Religion is a matter of what the individual practices, while the Spiritual is about the enquiry, a matter of exploration and finding out about the truth of the world, self / Self and what one means by the God.
