A bolt from the blue.

Though the word is explicit, explains to some degree how stress could trigger anxiety in an instant when one has least expectation that it is going to happen.
We have become so habitual and insensitive that nothing seems to drag us out from our individual dreams, and while we appear to be awake, we are really lost in many mental occupations at the same moment. Though a surface-level layer of the mind though seems to us as if every-thing is normal, and we are behaving quite in a fine and coherent way. But underneath many layers of our mind are there, working in abeyance, independently, functiong in their own specific way. Each one is a stranger to many others and may be to the surface-level layer also. When at any level the functioning reaches to a certain level where it can no more endure the stress, it just, revolts, bursts and may explode. Then we call it an 'attack'. The equilibrium-state is just broken. Though we look perfectly fine, the stress takes hold of you and in a moment quite unexpectedly anything may happen to you. That is how every one must need this in advance before the flash-point occurs.
It is so strange, so bizarre, frightening, weird and sudden that you can't think of preparing planning, charting out a schedule for it.
But that is how our cultural, religious, social, traditional, ethical and moral values decide and determine.
Panic may be behind such an attack, as one of the many indicators. A person suffering from this disorder, may have a history of Panic buying. And there are so many forms of panic.
Could Psychology help?
