Where is the line of demarcation,

Between the personal and the collective? 

Where is the line of distinction,

Between the personal and the individual? 

Where we all, each and every-one,

Running amock, as in rivalry, as in revelry,

Sometimes like, as if in a relay-race,

And on others, as if in a steeple-chase,

Competing with others, one and all,

Winning or losing, in the end fall, 

Yet it never occurs to us at all, 

Who ran, lost, won, or stood tall.

The name keeps on going,

The game keeps on going,

In peace and in war as well,

Who is there, that played well, 

All is fair in love and war, 

I could see this, but so for!

The flag is hoisted, furling-unfurling,

The joy and sorrow keep on swirling.

Just as the show unfolds,

The world watches itself. 

Torn into a myriad men, 

The world watches itself. 

Everyone, in war with oneself,

Like his world, own as well, 

Split into mind, one's own,

The world watches itself.

The world, that is clever,

The world that is shrewd,

The world that is brave,

The world that is timid. 

Man, every-one and all,

A victim, a game to fall, 

A prey to the whims of mind,

Watches with his eyes blind.

Watches the terror unleashed,

Trembles with fear unwished,

Inflicts the same upon oneself,

The world watches itself!

Tomorrow will also be a day,

Yesterday was likewise a day, 

Today never was, nor will be, 

Still, Today is also, again a day!

What is there, -here and Today,

That was absent, there Yesterday?

What is there, -here Today,

Will not be, -Tomorrow, there?

What is now, that ceases never,

Yet is unborn unending ever?

When the thought is perfectly still, 

When the mind is fully awake,

When the attention wanders not,

Realization is, this very moment.

Neither the Known, Nor the memorry,

Nor the Knowledge, nor the Knower,

But only Knowing, That is the fact, 

Where You abide, and revel always!

This is with reference to a post I read a day ago, in "Big Think".

According to the post, except one, out of The seven Mathematical Problems underlined so far, couldn't be solved till date.

The Mathematician, who solved this one, didn't accept the prize for the same. Later on, he went into retreat.

At first, this is  a bit surprising, what might have prompted him to follow this action.

May be he could have realized that this day Mathematics is a framework of concepts.

You can't go beyond concept just by any or whatever kind of intellectual discussion or debate.

This "Big Think" may be a Big Talk sure. 

The Mathematician referred to here, might have grasped this anomaly, and might have resorted to go into retreat / oblivion.

May be, the scientists could one day find out a vaccine to fight against the virus that is in the form of fear, doubt, jealousy, stupidity, insensitivity, obtuseness, of the human mind and also find out a lasting solution to the far more important problems of the humans.

All things imminent, 

Are but immanent,

All things imminent, 

Are but transcendent.

Deluded by Time, 

Deluded in Time, 

We however think,

It will happen, 

In some future,

Near or distant, 

And we stay oblivious, 

Of the present instant.

The war has always been,

There in the heart and the mind, 

Of all and everyone,

Who-so-ever falls prey to, 

The Fear and Hope,

The Lust and Greed,

Its really in the blood,

Its truly in the Creed.

Of men, all and every,

Of all the human-breed.

Its only the moment, 

When the button is pressed, 

The War bursts out like,

A volcano asleep erupting,

Potent, dormant, latent.

How long could one restrain oneself,

From pressing then the push-button?

How long couldn't stay rest-assured, 

He alone will be, the survivor one!

Does the Past exist,

Except in Thought?

Does the Thought exist,

Except in the Present?

Isn't the Past, memory?

Isn't memory, recognition?

Isn't recognition, memory?

Isn't recognition, Past? 

Brought into the Present,

Through the vehicle, -of Thought?

Could the Present ever become the Past?

Could the Past ever be in the now?

Could the Present ever show up in Future?

Isn't the Future in imagination only?

Isn't imagination, -a mental construct only? 

Isn't the mental construct, -a Thought itself?

Isn't Thought, -in imagination only?

How could you impose Time,

Upon the Present, -Timeless? 

Isn't Time only, 

-the memory of the Past,

Isn't Time only, 

-the expectation of the Future?

What is then Time,

Other then a concept?

How-so-ever cleverly,

How-so-ever cryptically,

Formulated into Thought.

Could Thought ever be, the Reality Timeless?

The Timeless, That abides for ever, 

Irrespective of the Past and the Future. 

The Timeless, That abides as Present, 

Irrespective of the Thought any, 

-Of the Past, the Future or the Present / now. 

Are we other than This?

Didn't we exist,

Don't we exist,

Always / Now,

-Presently only? 

Shall we ever cease to exist,

-In the Future, -conceptual?

Are We a Thought? 

Or, what could be described,

-By means of, or through Thought?

Isn't Our Identity proof, enough its own?

Or Do We perhaps, need yet another?

Who is there, except our own very Self, 

-That could be given the proof? 

Who is there, except our own very Self,

-That could ever ask for the proof?

Isn't the division of We and the other,

In Thought only?

Clouded in Thought, 

Is concealed Our Identity,

In Freedom from Thought,

Is revealed Our Identity.

Commentary :

Memory, Recognition and Thought :

Past is memory and memory is recognization.

Thoght is a momentary event that takes place in the blank between the two.

Thus, therefore thought is continuity between the two.

Worst is yet to come! 

Sayeth the Oracle!

Through the mouths aloud, 

The faces concealed in shroud.

Those who suffer are faceless, 

Those who fear are helpless,

Those who observe are senseless,

And the mighty are shameless. 

Lust for power,

Lust for revenge,

Lust for killing, 

Makes them so strange!

No one is worried, 

No one is concerned,

No one ever bothers,

No one ever is bothered.

Lust ends in loss or gain,

No one is scared of death!

The soul is already dead,

The body is only a living corpse, 

Hope is already gone,

No matter what's the outcome!

The thrill is there for ever, 

The excitement is ever anew,

Most will be no more morrow, 

Beasts will be left a few!

Will have a feast day and night, 

Till then let us engage in fight, 

Let us kill each other,

Let them have the supper.

LEARNING is directly proportional to : ATTENTION.

AXIOM 2.

LEARNING is directly proportional to :

INTEREST. 

AXIOM 3.

LEARNING is a product of ATTENTION and INTEREST.

Therefore, 

If L stands for LEARNING,

I stands for INTEREST,

and, 

A stands for ATTENTION,

L = A x I.

(Where x denotes the multiplication)

If I and A could be expressed in terms of measurable quantities,

L too could be a measure of Learning.

AXIOM 2. WHAT HAPPENS is the idea / interpretation only (of / about WHAT IS).

AXIOM 3. A PROBLEM is essentially an idea / interpretation only.

AXIOM 4. Idea / interpretation is the only PROBLEM.

AXIOM 5. WHAT IS is never a PROBLEM.

AXIOM 6. NO idea / interpretation, 

=> No PROBLEM!

Corrolary : 

AXIOM 3 and AXIOM 4 are equivalent with one-another.

"PROBLEMATICS" is the Word. 

with reference to Sanskrit, this English word could be found to have related to :

प्र अव लम्ब,

Because that explains the origin of the word, sense and meaning also.

FRONTIERS OF KNOWLEDGE.

All knowledge could be classified in the four forms, namely :

The Science विज्ञान,

The Art -कला,

The Philosophy -दर्शन,

and,

The Problematics (Questioning, enquiry and exploration) - प्रश्न .

The Science Tries to find out Why and How and a common thread that weaves out the pattern in the manifest world. Science sure discovers a network of findings the rules and regulation (laws) that govern the world and the existence as a whole, but can't ascertain exactly What or Who stipulated / established these rules, regulations!

A simple and direct answer to this question may be given in the word :

"Consciousness".

Whatever is found to appear or happen is within the "Consciousness" only.

"Consciousness", though couldn't be defined, is the primordial principle.

The next is Art, the way in which some-thing is depicted. This "some-thing" again may be either an object, the Reality, or a subject that is the bridge between the object (world) and the Reality.

This bridge that is an interface between the subject and theobject is itself the individual consciousness, and there is such a countless  number of the individual's or the manifest consciousness in each of them. That is the aggregate collectice life itself where every individual given with the 'I-sense' is the sole and whole truth.

Then there is Philosophy that formulates or philosophizes everything in the existence in terms of verbal thought which are supported by a language. A Language in itself is custom and convention and is the outcome of voice or the sounds uttered by man.

The last is this new frontier that I have just now coined and named:

"Problematics".

This is (about) the study of every, any and all the problems that appear before us but we try to segregate them in the compartments of Science, Art, and Philosophy only. 

This word again rhymes with in rhythm with yet another word "Mathematics"/ arithmetic. "rhythmatic" could be easily found to related to the Sanskrit word ऋत् that is synonymous with "truth" - phonetically, and in the sense as well.

That is how I see the idea of "derivation" of a language from any other language (such as Sanskrit, Greek, Latin, etc.) is itself dubious or ambiguous.
