If and but persist,

So long as, 

Fear and Hope.

Fear and Hope persist, 

So long as, 

The past and the Future. 

The Past and the Future persist, 

So long as,

The Thought persists.

Thought persists, 

So long as the Thinker persists. 

The Thinker persists, 

So long as the Thought keeps on, 

Emerging out and merging again.

The Consciousness,

Where-in and Where-from,

The Thought / Thinker,

Merge into and emerge from, 

Is the Time-less Reality,

That neither come up nor go away, 

But is the only Truth, 

That prevails and reins over,

Ever at the core of the existence, 

Manifest and Unmanifest.

I and My World.

What is wrong with me,

What is wrong with my world.

Isn't my World the mirror image of me?

Am I not the reflection of my World?

If that is true, how could I possibly correct,

Myself or my world, one or both of them?

Don't I  live in my world?

Doesn't my world live in me?

Exactly who or what could correct the other!

That is the crux, That is the point.

 World is One!

Do we have a common World?

Or, everyone has One's own, 

Particular, -Of One's own mind,

Made of memory, conditioning?

Though the Consciousness,

Where-in this World exists,

Along-with the individual,

Where-in the individuals keep on, 

Assuming repeatedly a myriad,

Names and forms,

Where-in each and every, 

Supposedly One, 

Owns and assumes, a distinct,

Existence of One's own,

That is at once taken as Real,

Distinct, Different and other from the World,

Without least suspicion or doubt,

Where-in both the World, 

And the individual appear,

And disappear too,

With and along-with the other,

Is no doubt One and Unique

Isn't that Consciousness,

Truly One without the other, 

So couldn't in the strict sense, 

Be even said One,

For One exists with reference to, 

Zero, Two or many,

For Zero, One, Two and many, 

Are but numerals as concept only,

While This Consciousness,

Is never a concept, 

Yet the Mother, 

Where-in and where-from emerge out,

All and everything,

Where-in dissolve ultimately, 

Again and again, 

All and everything.

There is, 

This Consciousness only,

And no-one or nothing else,

Truly, that could ever exist on its own,

Still it assumes the name and the form,

Of the Collective, 

Where-in there is a World,

That seems Common to all. 

Maybe, that World be a concept, 

An idea, notion or but a dream,

But "Who" exactly knows!!

Isn't the knowing,

-The Consciousness Itself!

How to find out God, 

Not the one,

Mentioned in the scriptures,

Not the one,

You have been told about,

Not through following the disciplines,

As has been instructed by the tradition.

That too could be the way, 

But if somehow, that doesn't work for you,

Still you have an option, an alternative,

Through the direct Realization of God, 

That comes from within, from your own heart.

And there are those hints, one can see, 

There are those hints, 

That give out a clue.

If you have noticed,

With occasional stance.

How you have been saved, 

Protected, till now, for so long,

Through many a dangers,

That might have killed you,

When you had no inkling of them, 

Then you can sure,

Know for certain,

There is Some-one,

There is Some-thing,

That has been always,

Looking after you,

May be you haven't seen,

The One, That has always, 

Taken care of you,

Though you can't define,

 Nor could figure It out,

Though you can't give It a name, 

Exactly Who or What is that One.

If you are convinced there is One,

And leave all your worries and troubles,

And hand over all your burden to Him, 

What you could do, that you have done,

Call it reasoning,

Trust, faith or belief,

It is no doubt but,

The timeless relief, 

From the great misery,

That is this life,

The respite, the peace,

That you would find.

There is no other way,

Whatever or how-so-ever,

Straight and simple as this one, 

If you discover this Road, 

All good has been done.

You shall sure then reach,

The Lord Supreme,

The God, The Almighty One!

While you are alive,

While no more strive,

In life, and not before,

when are finally dead!

Though interesting, the article could / should be reviewed in the light of the wisdom of Veda.

What was there before the Planck Epoch?

There are two categorical answers in the Vedika texts such as one in :

Rigveda mandala 10 : 129 : 01 onwards,

Which begins quite before this above referred to  suktam, that is famous as "nasadiya suktam".

I think this could be available in my this very blog somewhere also. Presently, Let us cast a glance over the same :

10 : 129 : 01 --

नासदासीन्नो सदासीत्तदानीं नासीद्रजो नो व्योमा परो यत्। 

किमावरीवः कुह कस्य शर्मन्नम्भः किमासीद्गहनं गभीरम्।।

10 : 129 : 02 --

न मृत्युरासीदमृतं न तर्हि न रात्र्या अह्न आसीत्प्रकेत।

आनीदवातं स्वधया तदेकं तस्माद्धान्यन्न परः किं चनास।।

(किञ्चन आस / किं च न आस)

10 : 129 : 03 --

तम आसीत्तमसा गूळ्हमग्रेऽप्रकेतं सलिलं सर्वदा इदम्।

तुच्छ्येनाभ्वपिहितं यदासीत्तपसस्तन्महिनाजायतैकम् ।।

10 : 129 : 04 --

कामस्तदग्रे समवर्तताधि मनसः रेतः प्रथमं यदासीत् ।

सतोबन्धुमसति निरविन्दन्हृदि प्रतीष्या कवयो मनीषा।।

10 : 129 : 05 --

तिरश्चीनो विततो रश्मिरेषामधः स्विदासी३दुपरि स्विदासी३त्।

रेतोधा आसन्महिमान आसन्स्वधा अवस्तात्प्रयतिः परस्तात्।।

10 : 129 : 06 --

को अद्धा वेद क इह प्र वोचत्कुतः अजाति कुत इयं विसृष्टिः। 

अर्वाग्देवा अस्य विसर्जनेन को वेद यत आबभूव।।

10 : 129 :07 --

इयं विसृष्टिर्यत आबभूव यदि वा दधे यदि वा न। 

यो अस्याध्यक्षः परमे व्योमन्सो अङ्ग वेद यदि वा न वेद।। 

This suktam begins with 'किं' / what?, but in the end, concludes with 'को' / 'कः' / Who?. 

This hints at that, the very manifestation that took the form of 'creation' is supported by the consciousness-principle, and manifestation and dissolution of this world keeps going on in an cyclic repetitive order.

But the "One", the underlying Principle, Reality Supreme, that is again addressed in Veda in terms of Agni, Surya, Rudra, devI, ganapati, and Narayana is the Unique and the same

The same point had been elaborated in yet another text Shiva-Atharva SheerShaM :

अक्षरात्संजायते कालो कालाद् व्यापकः उच्यते व्यापको हि भगवान् रुद्रो भोगायमानो, यदा शेते रुद्रो संहरति प्रजाः।। 

This again points out that Rudra alone Himself manifests in terms of world and the soul that experiences a world in terms of time and space. Rudra alone takes back / withdraws this world within Himself.

Rudra is the very 'I-principle', and again as Devi He alone is the 'consciousness-principle'.

He alone, as ganapati, is again the Supreme Intelligence-principle, and as Narayana, the primal source and origin of the whole existence. Rudra alone is the Sun (Surya) Who as with the material-aspect, is the beginning and the end if all life.

The 5 cardinal aspects of the Supreme Reality that is verily the Brahman or the Atman, are thus mere indicative of that Supreme Being.

I have no least doubt what-so-ever, about the way these texts point out to the Reality, that is beyond the grip of the Physicist of the day.

Life Lack-lustre,

Absurdities fluster, 

No respite ever,

Anomalies cluster.

You seek to find out, 

The Reality behind,

You don't seek, 

The truth of mind,

Try repeatedly, desparetely,

Format of a kind.

Is it ever possible,

To format the life? 

Into some structure,

Name in the mind?

The name is a game,

Good in the beginning,

Has no lasting joy,

Pass-time of the kind.

Looks but engaging,

A war in the waging,

Agony only raging, 

Held up in caging.

Hopes futile,

Times hostile,

A nightmare only,

Unending wile.

Living this life, 

Dyeing some day, 

Is but a wastage,

Going up astray.

Discovering how, 

The Nature survives,

With no name any,

Neither it strives.

Tree sheds the leaves, 

Dried up fall beneath,

Newer spring up soon,

Flowers adorn the wreath.

Living in this moment,

Is the only meaning,

Discard the memory past,

Think not of the future.

But one would not do that, 

But one could not do that,

Mind lives on in time,

Time lives on in mind.

Life with no format any, 

Devoid of time as past, 

Oblivious of time as future,

Timeless Life prospers, shines,

Now, always, boundless ever.

One Who believes,

I'm One,

And not many, 

Neither two, nor more,

Neither half, nor a part,

But One Whole,

Yet not like,

Or other than others, 

Thinks not,

But only knows, 

Thoughts come in, 

And go away, 

In their own way.

That One Whole, 

Neither believs,

Nor doubts,

Thought and Thinking, 

Are but modes of mind.

And the mind is itself,

A mode of the Thought,

And Thinking only.

How could such a One, 

Describe, 

Who or What Is the truth,

Of One's Being!

When there is no-one,

Other than One-self!
