Poetry : Attention and Discontent.
-------------------------©-------------------------
In the the Light of the Consciousness,
There are two flames shining together.
One is that of the attention resplendent,
And the other, the smothered discontent.
The discontent is always the in-attention,
The attention diverted away, distraction.
Scattered, diffused, dispersed In-attention,
Is not the lack or the absence of attention.
Attention is the principle underlying there,
Even if it is forgotten, lost somewhere.
There instinctively and you always know,
That you were lost, distracted somehow.
The shimmering glow of the attention,
Keeps you reminding without mention.
And when your attention turns to this fact,
You are at once whole, beaming and straight.
Then you are just happy, silent and blissful,
Away from your noisy own world wishful.
You're then though alone, and not lonely,
You're the calm, composed and solemnly.
The flame of discontent is no-where there,
The flame of attention shines where-ever!
Attention is there when all hope is gone,
And in this attention, you are all alone!
The flame burns with smile or discontent,
Depends upon the content and the intent!
Passion is a moment, when there is smoke,
When the calm of the attention is broke!
But there is another, when there is Fire.
Peace and attention follow one another.
