Poetry :
Condemn not this your body,
Respect, Love and honor it,
For, this very body is Buddha.
In this very body, arises The Buddha!
Arises the Awareness of being Buddha,
The Reality One, Who is The Buddha,
Though the Unenlightened, Unmanifest One,
The Enlightened One, Who but knows,
The Buddha One, Who Knows the body,
The Buddha One, Who knows the other,
The Buddha One, Who knows the self,
The self-less One, Who knows the Self.
The Great One, Who knows the anatta*,
The Great one Who also knows the atta*.
This knowing is verily the Buddha indeed!
This knowing-ness is neither the body,
This knowing-ness is not the world,
This knowing-ness is neither the self,
This knowing-ness is not the word.
This knowing-ness is neither the knower,
This knowing-ness is not the known.
It is there, It is here, it is every-where.
But this very body too is The Buddha,
For, this very body is the entrance.
The get-away from the misery, sorrow,
The gate-way grand to the Reality Grand!
That is how, This very body is Buddha.
Condemn not, despise not this body,
But Respect, Honor, Adore it though.
And then one day you shall know,
How This very body is The Buddha,
Whatsoever is, and Whosoever is,
Is truly, verily, but only The Buddha!
You too are Buddha, I'm Buddha!
This very body is Buddha.
