सङ्गम्यते येन सङ्गीयते  च स्वराणि - स्वरिलो सङ्गो ...॥ )

ग्राह्यो प्रगृह्यो विग्राह्यो हि ग्रेगो ।
अवग्राह्योऽ अवग्रहणमवग्रहः ।
अव्ययो स्वरो च सतो सत्त्वम् 
गृहीतो धारितो येन व्यक्तो विश्वम् ॥

सङ्गम्यते - sangamyate - where-in is accompanied and follow by all and every-one,
येन yena - by means of, by The One (who leads),
सङ्गीयते - sangIyate - is sung,
च  - cha - and,
स्वराणि - swarANi - the tones and notes of music,
स्वरिलो -svarilo - svarilaH - the flute, which holds and spreads those notes.
(हिन्दी - ’सुरीला’) - sonorous.
सङ्गो sango - sangaH - the song / the company / the friend.   
ग्राह्यो - grAhyo - grAhyaH - what is of worth and acceptable.
प्रगृह्यो - pragRhyo - progressive, that helps development.
विग्राह्यो - vigrAhyo - That is specific according to the purpose of.
हि -hi - This is 'avyaya' that is likewise has no a direct meaning but used to lay emphasis.
ग्रेगो - Gregor 
अवग्राह्यो - avagRAhyo - avagrahyaH -  fit to be stored for further benefit and use.   
ऽ - avagrahaH - a sign full of sense and hidden meaning , though not so in appearance ( the symbol 'ऽ ' in Sanskrit)  has not a direct meaning.
अवग्रहणम् -  avagrahaNaM - aggregation. again, to put togather,
अवग्रहः - same, as in ' ऽ 'above. 
अव्ययो - avyayo - avyayaH - That perishes not.
स्वरो -swaro - swaraH  - The sphere of Gods, the divine powers functiong at subtle layers of human mind individually and collectively.
च - cha - and.
सतो sato - sataH - of core essense,
सत्त्वम् - sattvaM - of the mind / intellect / manifest essence. The Essential Reality.
गृहीतो - gRhIto - gRuhItaH - aquired, held together,
धारितो - dhArito / vi-dhArito - vidhAritaH  - grasped thoroughly, and also with-drawn again.
The evolution from and the dissolution into ONERSELF (brahman).  
येन - yena - One Who has,
व्यक्तो - vyakto - manifest, and; vyaktaH -vi-aktaH > achiktaH - non-manifest also.
विश्वम् - vishvaM - All the manifest Existence.
